I believe I now have perfected the recipe to the way I like it.
Fluffy, moist cupcake - with the icing a bit sugary, more cheese tasting compared to the famous Hummingbird, and a wonderful splash of vanilla flavour bursting through. :)
Third time's a charm I always say :)
